Alignable is the largest social network for small businesses across the country with millions of businesses, and they make it easy for business owners to connect, join social power and reach more and more customers.

Challenges:

Get users to click more, interact more and engage not only with the application but also other members from the community.

Solution:

Brought in as a Senior Product Designer, I was able to give the web experience a lift, reduce friction between users and the experience as well as recommend solutions for up and coming technologies, including mapping capabilities, advertisement opportunities, and social interaction with a more gamification methodology.
